Seasonal Rates at Masia Casanova
Masia Casanova is booked as a full private villa, accommodating up to 20 guests across the property. The seasonal rates below apply to the whole villa, not per room — every rate includes all taxes, with no cleaning fee added on top. Minimum stay requirements vary slightly by season, from three nights in low season up to four nights in high season.

HOUSE RULES
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Guests are responsible for any costs resulting from late departure.
Quiet Hours
Between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, noisy activity — loud music, parties, musical instruments — is not permitted, in line with local regulations.
Pets
Pets are welcome if agreed with us in advance, for an additional charge. Please let us know when enquiring if you’re bringing a pet.
Smoking
Smoking indoors is not permitted. Outdoor ashtrays are provided; an indoor smoking incident incurs a €250 cleaning charge.
Parking
Cars can be parked outside the property. Campers and caravans are not permitted.
